Power Supplies
Virtually all electronic equipment requires a source of electrical
energy. This energy is supplied from huge multi mega watt power plants
and distributed throughout the entire continent on high-voltage power
lines. But before it can be applied to individual circuits, it must be
severely modified. The power supplies mentioned in these notes are the
last stage of this vast complex process.
